The following list contains the things that should (need?) to be completed.
Input on these and other improvements would be appreciated.
• Return the each transmitted character to the ACTS to improve the
accuracy of the value used to set the clock. The current accuracy
is now approximately 250 milliseconds, which is adequate but not
exceptional considering the 16.666… milliseconds resolution of
the Macintosh system clock.
• Support fractional UTC offsets and in general provide better editing
of the Other time difference of the Time Differences dialog.
• Support additional differences from Universal Coordinated Time
(a.k.a Greenwich Mean Time or ZULU time).
• Support the Edit menu for values within the dialogs.
• Add the SERD resource if it's needed by pre-Mac Plus systems. I
wasn't able to fully determine if it needed to be included. I was
also told that I needed a license from Apple if I included SERD
resources. If they are needed, contact me and I'll address the issue.
• Need to have the Dialing Prefix tested. I have no long distance
service or a PBX to make use of this option. If anyone uses it,
please let me know.
• Determine why the Dialog filter for the About box doesn't see null
events so the box can be removed after a reasonable amount of time.
